In the event, if you're displeased with the services provided, we'll refund back the cash , provided the explanations are genuine and proved after investigation. If you are not satisfied from our services than you have the freedom to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund are going to be as follows:
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within ____ hours of placing the order by email to us at contactus@Totracking.com. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within ___ working days. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, then it'll be treated as a return.
Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts ______-days. If ___days have gone by since delivery of the order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and within the same condition that you simply received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, you must provide receipt or proof of product purchase.

Debit card/Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your card-issuing bank together with your queries on how their refund management policies are. Cheque/Draft payments will be refunded in the form cheque/draft to the address for which you have registered with us within ____ working days.
Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from ToTracking, which will be mailed to your billing address within _____calendar days of your cancellation request. Please contact us for any further queries.
